Here is a little about the people and churches that EV partners with to take the gospel out beyond the Central Coast.
Martin leads the AFES team at Newcastle University discipling and training Christian students. Thank God for opportunities to share about Jesus, and pray this can continue freely; for continued discipleship and training of new believers and leaders during these challenging times.

Rhys began leading the AFES ministry full time at Ourimbah campus in 2022 and he continues to train Christian students and share their faith with others on campus. Pray for wisdom as they seek to do this in creative ways at Ourimbah.

Colin and Jill are living and serving local churches throughout Spain. They are involved in local church ministry, and Colin continues with the ‘Simply Mobilising’ work with Pastors. Pray for them as they develop relationships, and for Spaniards to know Jesus as Lord.

Lachlan grew up at EV Church, he met and married Candy at Moore College and together served at a church in Auckland. Now, with their first child, they have completed CMS training and will head to Southern Taiwan in January 2025, with a view to serving in High School and University ministry.

Chris and Kristy Galea continue to learn the Maltese language and the kids are attending school. Pray for their involvement with the local church and the discipling of believers. Please pray for the family’s witness, developing relationships and for the people of Malta to put their hope in Jesus alone.

Kimberley and Dan lead a University ministry team at Maejo University, Chang Mai, Thailand. Together with 3 Thai’s workers they train Thai staff, evangelise and disciple students. With their kids, Evangeline, Theodore, and Sebastian, they have served in this ministry since 2013. Pray for the team as they share about Jesus on campus and for Thai students to know Jesus.

Kirri is part of a church-plant team based in a remote community in Central Africa. Pray for people in this region to come to know Jesus as their Lord. Pray for Kirri as she learns language, settles into this country and culture, and for the team as they establish themselves and serve those around them.

Warwick and Sarah are living in the Middle East, learning the language and culture. Pray for them to discern how best to serve the local ministry and build relationships.

This FIEC church plant is reaching out with the good news of Jesus in the Coffs area. Pray for Tim and Deb Baldwin (and their family) and the team as they as reach out with the good news of Jesus in the Coffs area. Pray for wisdom as they lead the congregation, make connections and disciple new believers.

This church plant was launched in 2020 and seeks to bring the hope of Jesus to those in the Manning area. Pray for Joel and Hannah Hill, and family, and the team at MBC in Taree. Continue to pray for more disciples, more people reconnecting with God and his people, and for the lost to know Jesus for the first time.

FIEC is the ‘denomination’ EV Church to which EV belongs. FIEC is aiming, with God’s help, to plant 100 churches across Australia during the next 15 years. These churches are committed to praying for one another and continuing to promote planting of evangelical churches throughout Australia. Their pastors seek to provide support and encouragement to one another.

Reach Australia is an Australian network dedicated to seeing thousands of healthy, evangelistic, multiplying churches all across Australia. They work with prospective and current church leaders to help start new churches and develop established churches. Andrew Heard and EV Church have been partnering with RA since its beginning.
