Andrew Heard
Senior Pastor
Andrew and Cathie planted EV in 1996 as an independent church plant in a lounge room with 10 people. Andrew leads the church to see more and more people come to know and love Jesus. Cathie’s role includes running our women’s small group work.
Andrew Mitchell
Executive Pastor
Andrew leads the high level pastoral team to support the health and growth of church. Helen serves in our mission team. They have been at EV for 12 years.
Grahame Fuller
Associate Pastor
Grahame’s ministry includes heading up our EV Kids ministry as we partner with families to see the next generation raised in the Lord. Megan serves in EV Kids. They have been at EV for 15 years.
Jez Reynolds
Associate Pastor
Jez leads the pastoral team in our morning congregations to see more and more disciples made into the next generation. Bree serves in our women’s small group ministry. They have been at EV for 17 years.
Adrian Haynes
Mission Pastor
Adrian came to faith as a teenager at EV and went on to do a ministry apprenticeship. He leads the work of seeing our church take the news of Jesus out to the Coast and beyond. Kelly serves alongside Adrian in the mission team. They have been at EV since they were teens.
Ray Copland
Membership Pastor
Ray leads the teams who work to see people warmly connected into church life and enjoying community together as well as leading our Care team who provide support to people in difficult times. Nicole serves in our women’s small group ministry. They have been at EV for 13 years.
Matt Evans
Maturity Pastor
Matt came through as an EV Kid, to then do a ministry apprenticeship. He leads our work to see people grow as disciples of Jesus through our small group ministry. Sophia, also an EV Kid, serves in our women’s small group ministry.
Ben Lattimore
Ministry Pastor
Ben leads the work of raising up leadership and teams to serve across our church. Bethany serves in our women’s small group ministry. They have been at EV for 3 years.
Trevor Hodge
Magnification Pastor
Trev leads the teams in church who work to help us magnify God in our gatherings and beyond. Fiona serves in our mission and women’s small group ministries. They have been at EV for 9 years.
Duncan Sutherland
Youth Pastor
Duncan (Sully) did an apprenticeship with us, and now leads the pastoral ministry of EV Youth to see heaps of young people hear the good news of Jesus and grow as disciples. Francesca, once an EV Kid, now serves in our EV Kids ministry.
Dan Ford
EV Night Focus Pastor
Dan came to faith at EV as a young adult and went on to do an apprenticeship. He leads the pastoral team at our night congregation to see more and more young adults discipled. Bec serves in our women’s small group ministry.
Terry Cave
General Manager
Terry leads the areas including property, finance, IT and governance that support the health and growth of church. Julie serves in the communications team. They have been at EV for 1 year.
